- Changed the kernel build dir so it builds in the local build area instead of underneath the kernel source tree (which I keep separate and clean)
- CPIO url was encoding the PWD into the URL
- Added reference to the disco1 board.
- This needs updated AFBoot to function
The URL can't include $PWD
Use an absolute path for KERNELBUILDDIR so that it can be set outside of the Kernel Source Tree
The disco1: board has an updated STLink-v2.1. This provides serial and mass storage capabilities over the USB link
